Booking changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking with Curb Side Car Wash, we kindly ask that at least 48 hours’ notice is given. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment slot to other customers. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require full payment of the booking.

When booking with us, customers agree to provide safe access to the vehicle at the agreed location, along with access to an external water supply and electricity where required. Customers also acknowledge that we are a mobile car wash service, not a detailing company, focusing on affordable exterior and interior cleaning rather than full detailing or correction work. Any travel outside our local area may also include a small fuel charge, agreed upon at the time of booking.

Payments and charges

Customers booking with Curb Side Car Wash are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking, along with any applicable travel charges for locations more than 10 miles from our base in Horsham, West Sussex. This secures and confirms the appointment.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the clean. This ensures a simple and transparent payment process, with all costs clearly agreed in advance so there are no surprises on the day of service.

Customer responsibilities for smooth service

To ensure a smooth and efficient service with Curb Side Car Wash, we ask customers to provide clear and safe access to the vehicle at the agreed location, along with permission to use an external water supply and electricity source where required. The vehicle should be parked in a suitable space that allows us to work comfortably around it.

For interior cleans, we kindly ask that car seats or pet crates are removed prior to the service where possible. Any rubbish left inside the vehicle is absolutely fine and will be removed and disposed of as part of the clean.

These simple steps help us carry out the service safely, efficiently, and to a high standard every time.

Service quality and potential limitations

Customers using Curb Side Car Wash can expect a reliable, punctual, and affordable mobile car wash service with clear communication and a consistent standard of care.

In some situations, we may not be able to complete a job as planned. This can include circumstances such as unsafe working conditions, extreme weather, restricted or unsuitable access to the vehicle, or if we are unable to safely access the required water or electricity supply at the location. In these cases, we will always aim to communicate with the customer and find the best possible alternative, such as rescheduling the appointment.

Welcome to Curb Side Car Wash. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide mobile exterior and interior car wash services only. We are not a detailing company and do not offer paint correction, machine polishing, or advanced detailing services.

Booking & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Any applicable travel charges (for locations more than 10 miles from Horsham, West Sussex) must also be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Weather Conditions

In the event of adverse or unsuitable weather conditions on the day of your booking, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment for a more suitable time. This is to ensure the quality and safety of the service.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe and suitable access to the vehicle at the agreed location. The vehicle must be parked in a safe, accessible area where the service can be carried out properly. Access to an external water supply and electricity source may be required depending on the service booked.

For interior cleans, we ask that pet crates or child seats are removed prior to arrival where possible. Any rubbish left inside the vehicle may be removed and disposed of during the service.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse or pause a service if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or if required access is not available. This includes but is not limited to extreme weather conditions, unsafe working environments, or lack of water/electricity access.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is agreed at the time of booking. We operate a clear and transparent pricing structure with no hidden fees. Payment is split into a 50% deposit at booking and the remaining balance upon completion of the service.

Liability

While all care is taken during every service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fittings, or items left in the vehicle. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a suitable condition for cleaning.

Curb Side Community Membership

Our Community Membership requires an initial Exclusive Deep Clean to join. To remain active, customers must book at least one interior and exterior clean per calendar month. Failure to do so will result in membership being void, and re-entry will require another deep clean. A 10% discount applies to eligible monthly bookings only.

Agreement

By booking services with Curb Side Car Wash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as stated above.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
